Foundation La Strada held the second training for Border Police members at the Sarajevo Airport on 26-27 November 2008, attended also by Hajrija Muftić-Hadžiomerović, Federal Prosecutor, as a lecturer. The training was held at the Sarajevo Airport on the topic “Strengthening of the State Security Forces in the Area of Combating Trafficking in Persons in BiH (Hidden Indicators)”. Participants were introduced to application of the BiH Criminal Code in terms of TiP in practice, referral system and the work of Anti-Trafficking Task Force by the Federal Prosecutor. La Strada representatives presented their work and accomplishments of the organisation, specialised for combating TiP, up to date, psychological profile of the trafficking victim and Protocol for identification of the victims. Participants took an active part in the working groups at the training and exchanged experiences and knowledge on this growing issue.
